Nissan North America
Nissan’s 2008 model year is off to a strong, early start with four new or significantly revised models already launched and another, the all-new Nissan Rogue crossover SUV, scheduled for a September 2007 debut.
Nissan’s best-selling nameplate, the Altima, continues to extend its lineup with the introduction of the all-new 2008 Altima Coupe. The dramatically styled 2-door Altima Coupe, which went on sale May 25 at Nissan dealers nationwide, builds on the momentum established by last year’s introduction of an all-new fourth-generation 2007 Altima Sedan and Altima Hybrid, Nissan’s first production vehicle powered by a hybrid drivetrain.
Along with the expanded Altima lineup, Nissan’s roster of adventure-ready trucks and SUVs receives significant upgrades for the 2008 model year, starting with major revisions to the Titan full-size truck, with new Long Bed models and new PRO-4X off-road grade. Additionally, the 2008 Armada full-size SUV features a revised exterior and a number of technological enhancements. The new 2008 Pathfinder mid-size SUV now offers the first-ever availability of a V8 in its 22-year history, along with a variety of new features. The 2008 Titan, Armada and Pathfinder are on sale now.
The rest of the 2008 Nissan lineup receives a variety of enhancements, including new packages and additional equipment.
