INLAND EMPIRE AUTO SHOW ANNOUNCES MEDIA DAY PREVIEW,
KEY FEATURES AND ATTRACTIONS

-- SUVs, Exclusive Sports Cars and Convertibles Highlight 2011 Show --

ONTARIO, Calif., (April 2011) - The Inland Empire Auto Show (IEAS) presented by Ontario Auto Center, one of Southern California's premiere auto shows, has kicked off its program development early for its return this August. With four months to go, the Inland Empire Auto Show has locked up key features and attractions including media day on August 19, 2011. Themed "Gateway to Los Angeles", the Inland Empire Auto Show is building on three years of growth success while working to create more awareness of the show by drawing in unique attractions and features that Inland Empire residents and show attendees expect.

Back for 2011 is the hugely successful Great Taste Friday, which serves as the opening night gala for the Inland Empire Auto Show. In 2010, the Inland Empire Auto Show had more than 30 local restaurants and wineries providing tastes from their menus and wine lists. As a result, the inaugural Great Taste Friday was a resounding success and attendees varied from local city council members and their constituents to automakers and dealers alike. This year, the Inland Empire Auto Show has a commitment from several more establishments who will showcase their culinary expertise once again at what has quickly become a "can't miss" event for the Inland Empire Auto Show.

Another notable aspect of the Inland Empire Auto Show is the consumer-designed ride and drive program hosted by General Motors (GM) which puts show-goers behind the wheel of their favorite GM vehicles. Put simply, the GM ride and drive program is a no pressure, personal test-drive on the streets surrounding the Ontario Convention Center and proved to be a popular hit at last year's show. Now that it's back again, show attendees will have the opportunity to drive everything from a Chevy Cruz to a Tahoe Hybrid at the Inland Empire Auto Show with no strings attached.

The Inland Empire Auto Show is also excited to expand its current automaker line-up for 2011. Last year, 22 different automakers attended, showcasing their most exciting new model-line vehicles. The Inland Empire Auto Show will be expanding the automaker list for 2011 and will announce new exhibitors as the show draws closer. The media will have the opportunity to see what's new and what's hot in today's marketplace as part of the Inland Empire Auto Show Media Day on Friday, August 19, 2011.

"We are anticipating this year's Inland Empire Auto Show will be the best show ever," said Mike Caudill, co-owner of the Inland Empire Auto Show. "From Great Taste Friday, to debuts of new vehicles, this show will be wall-to-wall cars and wall-to-wall excitement. The auto industry has always been very supportive of our show, but after this year, we are confident the Inland Empire Auto Show will attract new consumers and new manufacturers for the future."
